Yes, there are limits on the maximum win and bonus withdrawal for special bonuses, such as deposit bonuses and free spins (FS). These limits can vary for each bonus, and you can check them in the bonus description. Your rewards, such as Daily, Weekly, and Monthly bonuses, have no additional limitations.
Can your rewards expire?
Yes, your rewards have expiration dates. Typically, they expire when a new bonus of the same type is accrued.
Are there any restrictions or prohibitions?

How do you become a part of the VIP Club?
To join the VIP Club, you need to reach Level 10, and your personal host will send you an exclusive invitation immediately.
What is the difference between the loyalty and VIP system?
VIP is a status that users earn starting from Level 10 of the loyalty program. Once they reach this level, they continue progressing within the loyalty program while enjoying additional privileges exclusive to VIP members.
Are there any special offers for VIP members?
Yes, there are many exclusive offers. Your manager will personally inform you about all the details.
What are VIP milestones?
VIP milestones are secret rewards that users receive as they progress through VIP levels 10 to 20. The specific rewards will be revealed as you reach each level.

Every 3-4 VIP levels, users are promoted to a new VIP group and receive additional benefits:

Personal quests
What is a Personal Quest?
Personal quests are special tasks for which users can earn various rewards: experience, bonuses, and real money. Some quests are available only once, while others can be completed multiple times.
Who can complete quests?
Quests are available to all users of the platform. As your level increases, the number and difficulty of quests may change, but the rewards for completing them will also grow.
I completed the quest, but it hasn’t updated. What should I do?
If the quest can be completed multiple times, it will likely be available again tomorrow. However, some quests are available only once, once a week, or when a specific event occurs.
Will the rewards increase as my loyalty level grows?
Yes, the rewards for quests gradually increase as your loyalty level rises.
What types of quests are there?
There are quite a few types of quests. At the first loyalty level, they are designed to familiarize you with the system. Later, they are mostly tied to gaming activity, such as playing a specific type of game or several different games.
I completed the quest, but the reward hasn't been credited
Make sure the quest was activated and that you requested the reward after completing it. Also, carefully review the quest conditions. If the issue persists, please contact support.

Which currencies (cryptocurrencies) can I use?
We support a wide range of cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals. The available list depends on the selected network, but the main currencies include: USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, DOGE, TRX, BNB-BSC, ADA, SOL, XRP, BCH, and others.
What are the limits?
- Minimum deposit: Equivalent of $10.
- Minimum withdrawal: Equivalent of $20.
When depositing, the minimum deposit amount for the selected coin will be displayed to you.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Yes, the fee depends on the selected amount, cryptocurrency, and network (e.g., TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20). The fee size is displayed in the withdrawal window before confirming the transaction (in the "Fee" field).
What deposit methods are available?
We have two main ways to fund your account:
- Cryptocurrency (manually): You select the currency and network, then send funds to the specified address from your external wallet, exchange, etc.
- Via cryptocurrency purchase: You can buy cryptocurrency directly for fiat money (USD, EUR, etc.)
How to fund an account with cryptocurrency?
- Go to the "Deposit" section.
- Select the currency (e.g., USDT).
- Select the network (e.g., Polygon, TRC-20, BEP-20). Attention: Send funds strictly within the selected network.
- Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.
- Send the funds from your personal wallet to this address.
The funds will be credited automatically after receiving a certain number of network confirmations.
Why can't I deposit using MoonPay/Banxa?
The availability of providers and payment methods (Revolut, G Pay, Visa, PayPal, etc.) depends on your country of residence and the selected currency. The system automatically shows the available options when selecting the region.
For example: For Ireland, MoonPay with Revolut may be available, while for another country, only a bank transfer.
How does purchasing through MoonPay work?
- Select "Buy crypto".
- Specify how much you want to send (e.g., 50 USD).
- The system will show how much USDT you will receive considering the exchange rate (e.g., 47.72 USDT at a rate of 1.0478).
- Select the provider (MoonPay) and the payment method.
- You will be redirected to the partner's website to complete the payment.
The cryptocurrency will be credited to your casino balance after the payment is processed by the provider.
How to withdraw funds?
- Go to the "Withdraw" section.
- Select the currency (e.g., USDT).
- Enter the amount (not less than $20).
- Select the network (e.g., TRC-20). Make sure your external wallet supports this network.
- Enter the recipient's wallet address.
- The system will automatically calculate the fee and the final amount to be received.
- Confirm the withdrawal.
Why do I receive less when withdrawing than I send?
The difference is the network fee, which is charged for processing the transaction on the blockchain. The fee size is dynamic and depends on the load of the selected network and the cryptocurrency itself.
I sent a deposit, but the money did not arrive in my account. What should I do?
- Check the number of confirmations. The transaction may still be processing.
- Check the network. Does the sending network (e.g., TRC-20) match the deposit address network?
If more than 15 minutes have passed and the funds are not credited, contact customer support. To speed up the solution, immediately provide:
- Transaction hash (TXID).
- Deposit amount.
- Coin and network name.
